OK.  Working for a global IT company I somehow have found myself and my radio station in the far north....  Sweden in fact.  Specific location details are provided above.  The local authorities issued me with the callsign SM0YKS - although on occassion I use SM0/VK3QB or when portable in other locations I sometimes choose to stay with the VK3 call.

I mostly enjoy CW operation - the new apartment allowed a 40 metre dipole at about 35 feet high.  It has made a big difference to the signal on HF and when conditions are right I enjoy some good DX.

The FT817 sits on 145.300Mhz (IRLP 5444) most of the time, so please give me a call.
